Abby and Ben’s Wedding at Overlook Barn

Abby and Ben’s wedding day was the perfect way to start the season! A beautiful day at Overlook barn with a couple so excited to say ‘I do’ their energy resonated through the whole venue. The slate blue accents to the exposed wood and elegant greenery created an image of aesthetic perfection. Jam made from the hands and hearts of the couple’s family gave each place setting a personal touch while also bringing family tradition into the day. The first of many tear-jerking moments was Ben’s sweet song played on guitar to Abby. With extended family intertwined in their ceremony through readings and song they had a lovely marriage without a cloud in the sky.

The reception was dotted with friends reuniting and families joining in love for Ben and Abby with some amazing vendor work throughout. The stand out of the show had to be the doughnut wall brought in from Abby’s hometown! Sweet speeches and a great party led the night, but it was far from over. Abby’s brother had been preparing for a big announcement of his own, and surprised his girlfriend with a ring and a promise of forever.

The size of these two families hearts was crystal clear throughout the day and The Whole Shebang team was very thankful to have been able to lend a hand to the beginning of a lifetime of happiness for Abby and Ben!
